A full Company and Management review assesses a company’s overall site and office management procedures whilst at the same time assessing employee performance and competence, and reviewing the outcome of any enforcing authority visits (And hence the company’s legislative compliance record) the review is totally independent and in most cases results in an improvement to a contractor’s company’s performance, a contractor’s compliance with asbestos legislation and ultimately a more profitable and efficient company.
